The Anasazi restaurant partners with local farms and purveyors that provide guests with fresh, seasonal produce throughout the year. Our local partnerships currently include 4 Daughters Land & Cattle, Above Sea Level, Blossoms & Sprouts, Charybda Farm, DC’s Produce, Dream Catcher Ranchito, Freshies of New Mexico, Green Tractor Farm, Growing Opportunities Organic Farm, Kyzer Pork, Lla Montañita Coop, Ojo Caliente Farm, Rancho La Jolla, San Juan Apiaries, Southwest Mushroom Cultivators, Squash Blossom, Tall Foods, Taos Family Farms, Three Sisters Organic Farm, and Mendez Farm.
