Inspired by Santa Fe’s rich culture and culinary history, Executive Chef Peter O’Brien’s menus fuse old world techniques with modern innovative recipes and thoughtful menu creation.

The Anasazi restaurant partners with local farms and purveyors that provide guests with fresh, seasonal produce throughout the year. Our local partnerships currently include 4 Daughters Land & Cattle, Above Sea Level, Blossoms & Sprouts, Charybda Farm, DC’s Produce, Dream Catcher Ranchito, Freshies of New Mexico, Green Tractor Farm, Growing Opportunities Organic Farm, Kyzer Pork, Lla Montañita Coop, Ojo Caliente Farm, Rancho La Jolla, San Juan Apiaries, Southwest Mushroom Cultivators, Squash Blossom, Tall Foods, Taos Family Farms, Three Sisters Organic Farm, and Mendez Farm.

Experience the Essence of Santa Fe with an authentic Tequila Tasting! This guided experience, led by a tequila expert, takes you through a historical journey of agave as you sample some of the restaurant's most elite selections of tequila, paired with a menu samplings inspired by Executive Chef Peter O’Brien.

$35 per person includes Botana of Sopes & Moles and Verde/Negra/Manchamanteles + Tequila Tasting:
