The Art of Mezcal and Ceviche
Terra Restaurant & Bar invites curious foodies & cocktail enthusiasts to join Executive Chef Kai Autenrieth and Mezcal Master, Alfredo Sanchez, for a new, hands-on cooking & mixology class - “The Art of Mezcal & Ceviche”!
This experience begins with a tasting of the distinct types of mezcal, followed by a lesson about the history of this ancient liquor, including how to use it; pair it with unique ingredients; & prepare it in a variety of ways.
From there, head into the kitchen for a chef-led learning experience to discover how to make traditional ceviche using mezcal, and then create your own signature ceviche dishes.
