The Osteria D'Assisi is practically a Santa Fe landmark, located just 2 blocks North of the historic downtown Santa Fe Plaza and having been operating for 24 years. The restaurant is named after the town in Italy where Saint Francis, the patron saint of Santa Fe, was born. We specialize in classic and contemporary Italian cuisine and is the only local restaurant that can boast Italian owner. For how long the staff is working here, they can all be called Italian's.
Osteria D'Assisi has been awarded many accolades, including best Italian restaurant in New Mexico by Trip Advisor. Owner Lino Pertusini has even been awarded the title "Cavaliere", an order of Italian knighthood, for helping to spread Italian culture through cuisine. Executive Chef Ismael Najera, who works at Osteria for 12 years already, made daily fresh pasta, desserts and fresh vegetables from Farmet Market to guarantee you an amazing experience and give you a taste of Italy!
Osteria d'Assisi is a participant in the Santa Fe Margarita Trail. Hope you'll join us during Santa Fe Restaurant Week!
