Zia Diner
A beloved Santa Fe tradition! Owned and operated for nearly 25 years by Elizabeth Koch, the Zia prides itself on their commitment to supporting local ranchers and farmers, buying only New Mexico organic, grass-fed beef from River Canyon Ranch. Serving upscale American diner and New Mexican classics, and with a great bar serving the best cocktails in town, the Zia Diner strives to create a down-home comfortable feel for all their local and out of town guests.
The Zia was featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives with Guy Fierri, who loved the house-brined corn beef and the house-smoked salmon, as well as the avocade-corn gazpacho.
The Zia Diner is located in a wonderful old coal warehouse listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With an elegant Southwestern deco interior worth the visit just for a look, the Zia prides itself on their friendly, professional staff and wonderful, affordable food.
