Of Course, We Always Start With Complimentary Chips And Salsa!  —  And Then...

Appetizer  —  Choose one of the following:

Buenos Nachos (For Two)  —  A platter of crisp tortilla chips smothered with aged cheddar cheese, melted to perfection and pico-de-gallo.

Cup Of Green Chile Stew  —  Choose from our famous tradtional pork green chile stew or our own chicken green chile stew.

Cup Of Posole  —  We make posole the old Santa Fe way. The broth alone is awesome, but the posole corn cooks until it "pops" and the pork is tender and delicious.

Small Dinner Salad  —  A traditional iceberg lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, sunflower seeds, croutons and your choice of dressing.

Second Course

Choose One Of These Famous Maria's Entrees:

Blue Corn Enchiladas  —  Our Signature Dish! Flat enchiladas, made with blue corn tortillas, lean ground beef and cheese. Served with Spanish Rice and Refried Beans. Choice of Red or Green Chile. Can be ordered as vegetarian (cheese only), or with chicken or carne adovada!

Chile Rellenos  —  Everybody's favorite! Two whole, roasted New Mexico green chiles stuffed with a blend of cheeses, coated in our own light batter and deep fried to a golden brown, then covered with green chile and a touch of cheddar. With Spanish Rice and Refried Beans.

Maria's Burrito Grande  —  We Mean Grande! A large flour tortilla stuffed with extra-lean ground beef, refried beans, red or green chile and cheese. You can substitute chicken for beef. Spanish Rice on the side.

The Great Tortilla Burger  —  A Maria's original from the early fifties. A large half-pound charbroiled beef patty with whole beans and cheese between two flour tortillas covered with red or green chile! Served with Spanish Rice.

Third Course

Choose From One Of The Following Homemade Desserts  —  Each of our Desserts is made in house and follows old Santa Fe and Spanish Colonial recipes!

Flan  —  This traditional baked custard is one of the best you'll ever find. Light and fluffy , served in its own carmelized sauce.

Mexican Chocolate Mousse  —  We kind of cheat on this one. We use Belgium Chocolate, fresh heavy local cream, with just the right touch of cinnamon to create a chocoholic's dream!

Natillas  —  Every culture has it's stove-top egg and cream custard. This is the old Spanish version, which has been made in Santa Fe for centuries.
